Dudani Law is a plaintiff-side employment law firm representing employees across New York and New Jersey who have suffered discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. The firm was founded by Jitesh Dudani and built around one core principle and promise: every client gets a trial-ready advocate.
Over the course of their careers, our attorneys have litigated hundreds of cases across New York State and federal courts and have earned honors including the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums, The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. Each attorney brings their own record of trial and litigation experience to every matter we take.
The record speaks for itself: Jitesh Dudani has recovered more than $35 million for employees across 200+ cases since 2023, including over $19 million this past year alone, in cases involving sexual harassment, racial discrimination, national origin discrimination, disability discrimination, and whistleblower retaliation. Recent results include a $2 million recovery for an employee coerced into a relationship by her employer and a $1.425 million recovery for an employee mocked for his accent and pushed out of his role.
We operate out of our New York City office at the World Trade Center and represent employees throughout New York and New Jersey. We provide services in English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Turkish, Sindhi, Punjabi, Gujarati, and Malayalam.
