Dr. Bhavya Sharma is a Legal Research & Drafting Specialist at Dudani Law and a legal academic, researcher, practitioner, and editor based in Delhi, India. She holds a Ph.D. in Law (Mediation) and has extensive experience in legal research, drafting, dispute resolution, and legal education.
Dr. Sharma has taught Labor Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution at the university level and has been actively engaged in legal scholarship and academic research. She currently serves as an Associate Editor of Legal News & Views, a publication of the Indian Social Institute, New Delhi, where she contributes to scholarly and policy-oriented discussions on contemporary legal issues.
As a member of the firm's drafting team, Dr. Sharma focuses on employment-related legal research and drafting, assisting with legal memoranda, case-related research, and the preparation of employment law documents.
