Evan Mendelson is a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Dudani Law, based at the firm's New York office at One World Trade Center. He supports attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, with a focus on case management, motion practice, discovery, legal research, and the preparation of pleadings, exhibits, and other litigation materials.
Evan brings a diverse litigation background spanning criminal law and personal injury matters, with experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides. His experience across multiple practice areas has given him a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedure and case strategy, enabling him to support attorneys effectively from the initial development of a matter through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and other critical stages of litigation.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Evan plays an integral role in the firm's representation of multilingual clients. He regularly communicates directly with Spanish- and French-speaking clients about substantive case developments, litigation procedures, document preparation, discovery, and other aspects of their matters. His ability to communicate complex legal and procedural issues across languages allows clients to participate meaningfully in their cases without language serving as a barrier to effective representation.
In addition to his litigation responsibilities, Evan works closely with clients throughout the life cycle of their matters, coordinating case-related deadlines and documentation and serving as a consistent point of communication between clients and the attorneys handling their cases.
Evan earned his B.A. in Politics from The New School in New York City, graduating with honors, after gaining early legal experience in client relations, motion practice, and litigation support. Originally from San Francisco, Evan is committed to advancing the interests of employees and supporting the firm's advocacy for individuals navigating complex workplace disputes.
