Richa Parasher is a Legal Research & Drafting Specialist at Dudani Law and an international attorney. She supports the firm's drafting team by preparing workplace harassment complaints, claim letters, and mediation statements and pleadings. Her work focuses on presenting facts clearly and effectively. Richa regularly liaises with clients, managing communications, understanding case facts, and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
Drawing on her experience in both litigation and advisory matters, Richa regularly works on complex cases at Dudani Law, including the preparation of factual narratives, legal analyses, and supporting documentation. She brings strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume drafting assignments in a fast-paced legal environment.
Prior to joining Dudani Law, Richa gained extensive experience across both litigation and corporate law. She has appeared in matters before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, and various tribunals and district courts, handling constitutional, service, arbitration, criminal, matrimonial, and commercial disputes. She has represented government entities, regulatory bodies, and private clients, and has advised on complex legal and policy issues. Richa also worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Bengaluru as part of the General Corporate and Employment Laws team, where she advised on regulatory compliance and drafted a variety of commercial and employment-related agreements.
Richa has also dedicated significant time to child rights advocacy, working with organizations focused on child welfare and matters arising under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and juvenile justice laws.
Richa graduated from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, in 2015.
